Frequently Asked Questions
What file types should I send?
PDF is the preferred file type for architectural – blueprints and construction print work.
If you need art or photo prints – JPG; TIF or PSD files are your best bet.
We do not print from MS Word docs or MS Publisher files. If these are all you have, please contact us so that we can discuss file prep or conversion services.
How do I find my file's print size?
For PDF files, Open your file in Acrobat Reader and place your courser in the lower left area or the view pane. The print size will show up in a small pop-up.
Raster image type files such as bitmap – jpeg – png – tiff, etc will display the pixel size ratio and resolution in the “properties>details tab by right clicking on the file.
How do I place an order?
Start by sending us your file you wish to have printed from within the Contact page. Fill out the form so we know what size, quantity and media type you require, whether or not it intended for indoor or outdoor display and we will be in touch with an estimate.
Do you print banners?
Yes we do! Drop us an email and include any art you would like to add and the content you want on the banner. Remember, keep the message simple, too much copy and lots of little logos clutter, confuse and take away from the main message.
